Dangerous Goods:

Flammable or aerosol products that are classified as Dangerous Goods may take a little longer to get to you due to carrier restrictions such as road transport only, not by air transport.

Backorders

At EQITOPIA we work hard to keep all of the products that we carry in-stock!  However, from time to time products become out-of-stock due to a variety of circumstances. Some items are so popular they just fly off the shelves!  We appreciate your patience in these situations.  Out-of-stock products can be purchased at any time, delivery will just be delayed until the item is back in-stock.  We will ship your in-stock items straight away, and ship the backordered items just as soon as we receive them.  As your total shipping fee is included in your payment, we will not charge you another shipping fee for the backordered item when it ships to you.

Outside Australia

We accept and ship orders anywhere in the world that Australia Post delivers to.

Upon placement of your order, an Eqitopia representative will contact you to advise the shipping cost for your agreement and payment before your order is sent.

The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, taxes and duties imposed foreign orders. We will not be responsible for any regulations or restrictions.

Be aware customs may interfere in some countries and we are not responsible for loss with customs confiscation.

If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund.
